Schedule of Events

10:00 a.m. Registration begins at Clipper Stadium
 
11:15 a.m. Trot Kick Off Participants will walk a 1.5 mile route from Clipper Stadium around F&M to Buchanan Park
 
12:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. Festivities at Buchanan Park include fun for the entire family! Enter your pet in our costume contest, stop by our children's area, and then grab a bite to eat while you enjoy live music and entertainment. Various rescue organizations and vendors will be on hand with pet treats, items, and accessories.

Calling All Look-Alikes

Email us pictures of you and your pet doing what you both do best-looking like each other! We will post your pictures on our website and facebook page for everyone to enjoy before the Trot. Official voting will take place at the Trot and prizes will be given to first and second place entries. Email your pictures (must be in jpeg format) to bmeiss@humaneleague.com. Please include your first and last name, day time phone number, and address. Deadline to enter is October 1, 2010.

 
 
 
 
 

 

Trot as an Individual:

o Minimum of $25 in donations per adult

o Minimum of $10 in donations per child (6-17 yrs)

o Children 5 and under Trot free

o Each Trotter will receive a goody bag, water bottle, and official Trot t-shirt**

o Top Trotters will qualify for a variety of exciting prizes
 
 
 
**You must register online by Sept 24 to be guaranteed a t-shirt. Pledge forms may also be mailed or dropped off in person at the Humane League, but they must be received by Sept 24 to guarantee a t-shirt in your correct size.
 
 
 

Trot as a Pack:

o A Pack is a group of 5 or more people (family, friends, colleagues,

neighbors, etc) who walk together.

o Packs must raise at least $300 and each individual’s registration counts toward the Pack total.

o Each Pack will have its name or logo on personalized Trot t-shirts and will qualify for Pack prizes.*

*Packs must register by September 24 to receive their personalized t-shirts in time for the Trot
