A free program for spaying and neutering feral and stray cats in exchange callers must commit to providing permanent shelter, food and water for the cat. All cats must be at least six months of age and will receive rabies and distemper vaccinations, treatment for parasites, post-operative antibiotics, ear cleaning and tipping, and minor first aid. Krause Animal Foundation, this clinic at the Superpets in Mechanicsburg provides surgery and vaccinations (at the time of surgery only) for cats by appointment.
